Afnan Ali

Afnan Ali is the Founder & General Manager for Eureka Tech Academy. electrical/communication engineer with a 2012 Sweden-made diploma in social entrepreneurship.

Before opening “Eureka Tech Academy,” a tech academy for kids to train them to be engineers, inventors, and tech entrepreneurs, Afnan worked in research and development (R&D). Due to the success of Eureka Tech Academy, which has recently transformed to become the first online tech academy for children and youth in the Arab world, she has been chosen by UNCTAD as the Best Tech Entrepreneur for 2020.

Afnan has won numerous awards in business and technology, been named the Arab Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015, and represented Jordan in numerous international conferences. Her company, Eureka Tech Academy, was chosen by MBC, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Harvard Arab Conference in 2018 as one of the top Arab businesses with the potential to have an impact on the region.
